Our fees can be hourly, at a range from $135 for Professional Fiduciary work, to $150 for public benefit consulting. Or, fees can be based upon a percentage (1.5%), per annum, of assets managed, depending upon the amount of time needed for active management of a case. Probate fees are set by Probate Code Section 10800. Litigation, testimony and complex services are billed at $300 per hour. In addition to statutory fees, pursuant to Probate Code Section 10801, extraordinary fees for transactional services, like real estate sale/purchase, obtaining loans, lease agreement negotiations, among others are charged a one-time fee of 1% of the fair market value of the asset.
